3. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material, or use the platform in a way that violates another party's rights or applicable law.

5. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the selected monthly or annual cycle. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

6. Results and third-party data

SEO metrics, recommendations, forecasts, and third-party data are informational and may change. We do not guarantee a particular search ranking, traffic result, or commercial outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scale Rankings Pro and Pacific Wave Digital are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
